Understanding our Different emotions

Which really are not so different at all...

  • Frustration

  • Joy

  • Hope

  • Grief

  • Fear

  • Elation

  • Peace

  • Happy

These are all such different emotions right?

Not quite.

Our emotions are based in two simple emotions~ Love or Fear.

Let's take for example what is happening in our world. Do you see fear or do you see love? Are you personally sharing fear or are you sharing love? If someone is concerned, fear. Frustrated, fear. Conversely, if there is joy, Love. Peace, again, it comes from a place of Love.

Because you are in this group, you have the beautiful opportunity to stop and ask yourself, "Am I responding out of fear or love?" We have a safe space here to think, journal, pray, and use our oils to think so crystal clearly, that when you ask the question, you can then proceed in the way you would desire most.

In turn, this gives us such a fabulous privilege to shower compassion on others.

In our own healing, we must now ask ourselves the questions as we respond.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What am I afraid of?

Then we ask, "why am I afraid of ______?"

Who am I afraid of?

Again, ask the why?

What is it I am loving?

This is the time to dwell on Love, on what is good and right.

Who am I loving?

A perfect time to shower those you love with gratitude.

OUR BODY CREATES A REALITY BASED ON EITHER FEAR OR LOVE EMOTIONS/THOUGHTS. EVEN IN THE CASE OF A FEAR BASED EMOTION, THAT IS NOT TRUE, OUR BODY WILL CREATE IT'S OWN REALITY. THE BRAIN CAN NOT TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A TRUTH AND A LIE IF TOLD OVER AND OVER. IF YOU TELL PEOPLE A LIE LONG ENOUGH AND HARD ENOUGH THEY WILL EVENTUALLY BELIEVE IT. AS YOU SAY AFFIRMATIONS TODAY, I ENCOURAGE YOU TO STAND FIRM AS THE SCRIPTURE SAYS, SAY THEM A BIT LOUDER TODAY. SAY THEM SEVEN TIMES, IN DIFFERENT WAYS. GET YOUR BRAIN ON BOARD. GET THESE THOUGHTS REALLY ROOTED IN YOUR PATHWAYS.
MOST OF ALL, BE LOVING TO YOURSELF. IF THOUGHTS OF DOUBT CREEP IN, ACKNOWLEDGE IT, BUT LET IT PASS. DON'T JUDGE IT. UNDERSTAND THIS IS A PROCESS. TRUST THE PROCESS.

Fear is sneaky. What is in your environment, that you can control, that may be causing you to have fear a part of your mind? Can you turn off the media? Can you turn it off and crank up the music, LOUD? Better still, can you go outside and listen to creation sing its little heart out? Is it time to evaluate your circle of friendships? Do you surround yourself with people who speak life?

"whatever is true, whatever is lovely, whatever is good, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, if there is any excellence and if anything is worthy of praise, dwell on these things."

Dwell.

What do you dwell on each day?

 

So now, look at your environment. How can you remove that which is not lovely, true, honorable or excellent. Notice how much lighter you feel. Make a list of negative emotions you feel most often. Opposite that list write the antonym of that feeling or emotion. Choose to dwell on those positive words. Joy and Hope will likely be needed at your right hand this week. Be sure to apply them several times throughout the day. Joy over the heart, Hope over your heart and brain stem.
