Food For Thought

In doing a little research for our supplement class- I found this but of truth: And I quote-“One thing you might want to look for when choosing your daily nutrition is whether the company is simply trying to make money, or if it was started by someone who had a health problem helped by nutrition. People who who’ve had a health problem and who started companies to help others usually make quality vitamins. They know first hand what quality nutrients can do.” 🎤 I‘lo just leave this right here for you guys to do with it what you will. Your supplements, why did that company make them? Have you looked at that or have you looked at what’s the cheapest/convenient/easiest?
