Walking through grief requires an extra measure of self care if we want to stay in optimal health. And one of the things I’m absolutely relentless about since my husband’s death is this- take my supplements! In fact, I’m vigilant about my children taking theirs as well.
One thing I know about emotions is when you’re feeling low vibe emotions, your immune system can suffer. We use our oils extra, we drink extra water, & we take our supps.
I have a little secret about how and why I’m adamant about supplements. A year or so ago, i heard some ask the most interesting question-
